CHAPTER 1 : THE DOMAINE

1. What kind of campsite is Dragonnière?

Le Domaine de la Dragonnière is a 5-star camping village club with a 30-hectare park. It has pitches for traditional camping as well as mobile homes and chalets.

2. Where is Le Domaine de la Dragonnière located?

The Sunêlia Domaine de la Dragonnière campsite is located between vineyards and the Mediterranean, in Occitania (Languedoc-Roussillon). It’s in the Hérault department, between Cap d’Agde and Valras, 7 km from Béziers town centre and 5 km from fine sandy beaches. Our estate has its own private shuttle bus that will take you directly to the beach at Portiragnes – this service runs all season long, Monday to Friday, from the Dragonnière car park, and takes about 10 minutes.

3. How to get to Le Domaine de la Dragonnière Travelling without a vehicle from Le Domaine

To Béziers/Agde: There’s a bus stop 100 metres from the entrance to Le Domaine. A paying bus service runs from Béziers to Agde on a daily basis – Consult the Hérault Transport website for more details

We run a free shuttle service to Béziers/Agde airport (only on reservation through contact@dragonniere.com, or by telephone on 04.67.01.03.10)

CHAPTER 2 : ON SITE

1. Are barbecues allowed?

Charcoal and electric barbecues are strictly forbidden on your terrace. On site, you can hire a gas barbecue or use the collective barbecues (charcoal) in the picnic area.

2. Are swim trunks allowed in the swimming pools?

For swimming in our pools, only the following are allowed: swim briefs/square leg suits, bikinis and one-piece suits.

3. Does each pitch/accommodation rental have a parking space?

All our pitches and accommodation rentals have a numbered parking space. If you have more than one car, we also have a customer car park at the entrance to Le Domaine (available with supplement).

4. Are the aquatic areas open during low season?

During low season, the covered pool and the Cubaine pool, which are heated, remain open, as does the Lagoon.

5. Are inflatable buoys and parasols allowed?

Inflatable buoys and parasols are not allowed in our aquatic areas.

6. Is there entertainment during low season?

Yes, our entertainers will welcome you all season long with various daily shows and events.

CHAPTER 3: MY STAY

1. How can I pay for my holidays (holiday vouchers, luncheon vouchers, etc.)?

It is possible to pay for your holidays with:

  • ANCV holiday vouchers (please send us these by registered letter with confirmation of receipt) – ANCV and luncheon vouchers are accepted in the campsite’s main restaurant

  • Bank cheque (minimum up to 1 month before arrival)

  • Bank card

  • Bank transfer – Here are our banking details

2. Are animals accepted at the Dragonnière campsite and on the beaches?

Our animal friends may accompany you on holiday. However, they should be kept on a lead, and their vaccination record should be up to date, with compulsory rabies vaccine. You are responsible for cleanliness. You will have to pay a fee of €7.90 per day (up to one animal per accommodation). Animals are forbidden on the beaches and in dining areas.
Attack dogs (1
st category) and guard and/or defence dogs (2nd category) are strictly forbidden.

3. How do arrivals and departures work at Le Domaine de la Dragonnière?

As soon as you arrive at Le Domaine de la Dragonnière, you should come to reception to settle all practicalities. Keys will be handed over from 5.00 pm. It is possible to enjoy Dragonnière’s services on your arrival/departure day. Reception is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm every day. If you arrive after closing time, a security guard will give you your keys on arrival.
For departures, the accommodation must be vacated before 10.00 am. Handing your keys into reception will trigger your departure inspection (an optional inspection if your deposit is via bank card).

4. Are babies counted in the accommodation capacity?

Yes, babies are counted in the accommodation capacity. The maximum number of persons indicated for the accommodation must not be exceeded.
On camping pitches, although children aged under 5 years don’t have to be paid for, they do count in the capacity limited to six persons.

5. May I welcome guests in my accommodation?

Yes, but you must not exceed the maximum number of persons allowed in your accommodation. You must register your guests at reception the day they arrive – Identification will be requested and retained until the day they leave.

Rate: €3.75 per day per person for adults and €2.80 for children aged 6 to 17 (+ parking at €6.90 per day).

6. Are groups possible?

Yes, groups are possible at Le Domaine de la Dragonnière. Are you interested in the following: groups of friends, family parties, birthdays, corporate gatherings, seminars, special occasions?

7. Is the security deposit debited?

The security deposit is only debited in the event of issues during the accommodation inspection in the 48 hours following your departure.

CHAPTER 4: VARIOUS QUESTIONS

1. Do the accommodation rentals have air conditioning?

Some of our rentals have air conditioning (see descriptions on our Accommodation page). For the others without air conditioning, it is possible to rent a mobile AC unit (on reservation only, depending on availability with our reservations service).

2. Are sheets provided? Are blankets provided?

For the ‘Confort’ and ‘Prestige’ range, sheets are not provided. In the ‘Luxe’ range, a hotel service is included: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
All accommodation rentals are equipped with blankets.

Partial hotel kit: This includes: sheets + bathroom linen
> €19/person – €14/person for short stays (2 to 4 nights)

Full hotel kit: This includes: sheets + bathroom linen + end-of-stay cleaning.
> €37/person – €22/person for short stays (2 to 4 nights) Obligatory for all persons staying

3. Is a launderette available at Le Domaine?

Yes, in Le Domaine, you have access to a paid-for launderette, with washers and driers.
